Privacy notice

What we collect

Only the email address you enter to join the waitlist, plus the time you joined and basic technical data your browser sends (e.g. user-agent). We do not ask for anything else on this page.

Why, and on what basis

We use your email solely to contact you about early access to Humkin and related updates. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the box and submit the form (India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).

How we store and share it

Your email is stored securely with our hosting provider. We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers. We may use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool (Plausible) that does not track you across sites or store personal identifiers.

How long we keep it

Until we launch and you either accept or decline an invitation, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Your rights

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct or delete it.
• Withdraw consent (we’ll remove you from the waitlist).
